This small renovation made a big difference for this bachelor. Our goal was to update the kitchen to a neutral and sleek design. This would also appeal to future homeowners if he decided to move. Removing the soffits above the cabinets was one of the first steps to opening up the space and making room for beautiful new cabinetry. We replaced the countertops, backsplash tile, faucet, flooring, appliances, and moved electrical to better fit the client's needs.
