Our clients purchased this home loving the overall layout and surrounding wooded area, but the existing finishes were dark and heavy traditional. Without making any structural changes, we were able to brighten and bring new life to the space. Lightening the wall color allowed the stone and hardwood floors to pop and amplified the beautiful natural light the large windows let in. Other updates we made included new countertops, tile, cabinetry, lighting, and wall coverings. When it came to furnishing their home, they already had some beautiful, sentimental decor that we used as inspiration for the new tables, chairs, and upholstered pieces.
