From dark and heavy to light and welcoming - this large renovation is one of our most exciting transformations to date! The client came to us looking for a change as her home was full of dark and heavy furniture and finishes. Our areas of focus were the formal living and dining space, breakfast nook, family room, laundry, and powder bath. We brightened the space and created contrast by staining the existing floors darker and painting a lighter color on the walls. This client also had some beautiful pieces that we were able to mix with new furniture and accessories to personalize and bring new life into the home. We chose lighter upholstery and warm leathers to mimic the contrast of the paint and flooring.
